The easiest way to reach this part of Patagonia is by plane, the only commercial airport in the region is Balmaceda - located 55 km from Coyhaique, the largest city and capital of the Aysen Region. Santiago, the capital of Chile is connected by daily flights of the two national airlines, LAN Airlines and Sky. A direct flight from Santiago to Balmaceda takes about one hour and thirty minutes. It is recommended if possible to take a nonstop flight.
Hacienda Tres Lagos also offers its services for transfers from the airport to the hotel in comfortable 4x4 vehicles with driver and guide in Spanish, English or German. The drive consists of 240 km during which you can appreciate different landscapes of Patagonia, its rivers, lakes and breathtaking glaciers.
